How is the GLOW builder stack different from the GLOW blend?

The GLOW blend is one pre-mixed 70 mg vial with GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg and TB-500 10 mg. The builder stack uses two vials, and its Wolverine vial holds 5 mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500, so the proportions are not the same as GLOW.

Why keep GHK-Cu in its own vial?
