Shipping in Australia

We ship to Australian addresses only, by standard or express post, and every parcel is tracked.

Where do you ship?

Australia only, including PO boxes and parcel lockers for standard delivery. We do not ship internationally.

What are the shipping options and costs?

Standard: $12.95, free on orders over $250.

Express: $19.95.

When will my order be dispatched?

How long does delivery take?

Standard post usually takes [2–6] business days after dispatch, and express usually takes [1–3], depending on the destination. Regional and remote areas can take longer. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is emailed when the parcel is dispatched. You can also check the status on the track order page with your order number and email address.

How are orders packed?

Vials are packed in plain outer packaging with no product names on the outside. The packing slip lists the contents.

What if my parcel is lost or damaged?

Contact us with your order number. If the tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, we lodge an enquiry with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund once it is resolved.
