Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to every order placed on tasmanpeptides.com ("Tasman", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Research use only

All products are sold for laboratory research use only. They are not medicines, are not registered on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods, and are not for human or animal consumption, diagnostic or therapeutic use. At checkout you declare that you are purchasing for research use only and that you will handle, store and dispose of the products in line with applicable laws. We may cancel any order where we reasonably believe this declaration is untrue.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to buy from us. Orders are accepted for delivery to Australian addresses only. You are responsible for making sure the products you order may lawfully be possessed at the delivery address.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm payment and dispatch the goods. Payment is by PayID or bank transfer using the details shown after the order is placed. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 48 hours. Prices are in Australian dollars.

Pricing and errors

We try to keep product information and prices accurate. If a price or description is clearly wrong, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment in full.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Our shipping page forms part of these terms.

Returns and the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded as set out on our returns page. Because of their nature, research compounds cannot be returned for a change of mind once dispatched.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the products outside laboratory research, or from a breach of your research-use declaration. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. We may update these terms; the version on the website when you place an order applies to that order.
