Storage and handling
Keep the spray refrigerated at 2–8 °C with the cap on and out of direct light. Peptides in solution break down faster than dry powder, so the 10 mg lyophilised vial stored at −20 °C is the better choice where long storage is needed.

None of the Selank abstracts in our research record state that Selank was given intranasally. The human trial abstracts do not state the route, and the rodent studies used intraperitoneal injection or an unstated route, so no intranasal study is listed here. What concentration is Selank nasal spray?
Tasman's Selank nasal spray is 0.15%: 15 mg of Selank in 10 mL, or 1.5 mg per mL. That is a higher total amount than the 10 mg vial, already in solution.
Has Selank been studied as a nasal spray?
Not in the abstracts in our research record. The Russian human trials do not state the route in their abstracts, and the rat studies used intraperitoneal injection, so we do not list any intranasal Selank study on this page.
Does Selank nasal spray need to be mixed?
No. The spray is supplied as a ready-made solution, so no bacteriostatic water or reconstitution is needed. The 10 mg vial is the format that needs reconstituting.
