What is in the metabolic trio?

One MOTS-C 10 mg vial, one 5-Amino-1MQ 50 mg vial, one SLU-PP-332 5 mg vial and one 3 mL vial of BAC water. Each compound is tested by HPLC.

How do the three compounds differ?

MOTS-c is a mitochondrial-derived peptide. 5-Amino-1MQ is a small-molecule inhibitor of the enzyme NNMT. SLU-PP-332 is a small-molecule agonist of the oestrogen-related receptors (ERRα, β and γ). Only MOTS-c is a peptide.

Have these compounds been studied together?

Not as a set. The published research looked at each compound on its own, mostly in animals and cell culture. The trio groups them for labs that study metabolism across several targets.

Is the metabolic trio for human use?
